Study Guide for the Third Unit Test

This Unit Test will have one part:

1. A five-paragraph essay

�

Prepare by reviewing, Hamlet by William Shakespeare, which we have had the opportunity to discuss after watching the film.

�

During this test, you will compose a literary analysis drawing from your knowledge of the literary devices/techniques that writers use to convey theme. For your essay, you will write and support a thesis statement about the theme, and you should surely arrive to class on the day of the test already knowing your thesis.
